Perched on a wooded hillside in Jewett, this stunning retreat offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, and room for up to 12 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings, friend reunions, or multi-family getaways.

The thoughtfully designed sleeping spaces ensure everyone rests comfortably. On the main floor, you'll find two bedrooms: one configured with 1 queen and 3 twin beds (perfect for families with kids), and another with a queen bed. Upstairs, two additional bedrooms share a full bathroom with tub. One features a king bed with workspace and private deck access, while the other offers 1 double and 1 single bed. The main floor also includes two full bathrooms with showers, recently updated with stylish navy blue cabinetry, wood countertops, brass fixtures, and skylights that create a spa-like ambiance.

Climate control is effortless year-round with mini-split air conditioning units and efficient heating, ensuring cozy winters and comfortable summers. Fast Starlink WiFi keeps you connected for remote work or streaming, while the washer and dryer handle extended stays with ease.

A car is required to access Blackberry Cottage and explore the surrounding Catskills region. The property is located on a hillside in a peaceful, wooded area with no public transportation available.

Winter & Inclement Weather: Four-wheel drive (4WD) or all-wheel drive (AWD) vehicles are strongly recommended during winter months and inclement weather conditions. The mountain roads and driveway can become snowy, icy, or challenging to navigate during storms. Please plan accordingly and ensure your vehicle is properly equipped for mountain driving.

Parking: Free on-site parking is available for multiple vehicles in the designated driveway area.

Rental Agreement: To comply with insurance regulations, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement prior to arrival. We send it to you after booking.

Third-Party Bookings: We do not accept reservations made on behalf of others. The person booking must be the guest staying at the property.

EV Charging: Due to fire safety concerns, electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.

Shoes-Off Home: To help maintain the beautiful hardwood floors throughout the cottage, we kindly ask that guests remove shoes upon entering. Slippers or indoor footwear are welcome!
