8. Controls for do-not-track features

At this stage no uniform technology standard for recognizing and implementing DNT signals has been finalized. As such, we do not currently respond to DNT browser signals or any other mechanism that automatically communicates your choice not to be tracked online. If a standard for online tracking is adopted that we must follow in the future, we will inform you about that practice in a revised version of this privacy notice.

In Short: If you are a resident of California, Colorado or Virginia, you are granted specific rights regarding access to your personal information.

What categories of personal information do we collect?

We have collected the following categories of personal information in the past twelve (12) months:

We will use and retain the collected personal information as needed to provide the Services or for:

• Categories A and B: as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and manage our relationship.
• Category F: collected automatically when you visit the site, whether or not you contact us, and retained by Google and Meta under the data-retention settings of those services.

We may also collect other personal information outside of these categories through instances where you interact with us in person, online, or by phone or mail in the context of:

• Receiving help through our customer support channels;
• Participation in customer surveys or contests; and
• Facilitation in the delivery of our Services and to respond to your inquiries.

Learn about how we use your personal information in the section, "How do we process your information?"

Will your information be shared with anyone else?

We may disclose your personal information with our service providers pursuant to a written contract between us and each service provider. Learn more about how we disclose personal information in the section, "When and with whom do we share your personal information?"

We may use your personal information for our own business purposes, such as for undertaking internal research for technological development and demonstration. This is not considered to be "selling" of your personal information.

We do not sell personal information for money. In the preceding twelve (12) months, Google and Meta have collected internet and network activity (Category F above) from visitors to our website through Google Analytics, Google Ads and the Meta Pixel, to measure visits and advertising performance. Under California law this may count as "sharing" personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and some states treat it as a "sale." We do not sell or share the information you give us directly, such as your name, email address, phone number or property details.

You can opt out of this sharing by emailing [email protected], and we will act on your request within fifteen (15) days. You can also limit how these companies use your browsing for advertising in your Google ad settings and your Meta ad preferences.
