About Haus
We eat our own cooking.
Haus started in 2022, but Justin Feldstein's history in short-term rentals runs deeper. Before Haus, he acquired more than 40 homes for investor clients and oversaw a portfolio of 75-plus properties at a fast-growing management company. He learned exactly what drives profitability and guest satisfaction at scale.
Then he went to rent his own homes in the Hudson Valley and found the local options lacking. No one offered the care, the strategic thinking, or the responsiveness he expected. So he built it himself.
He still owns and rents his own homes here, under the same pricing, the same cleaners, and the same standards every Haus owner gets. Haus stays deliberately small because that is the whole point: after running 75 properties, he knows exactly what a house loses when no one is paying attention to it. When we say we treat your house like our own, it's because ours are on the same spreadsheet.
Why owners trust us with the keys
Licensed and local
Justin is a New York State licensed real estate broker (License #10491213170) who rents his own homes in this market. Every operational detail is owned locally, not routed through a regional office.
Data over gut feel
A background in short-term rental private equity and luxury home services, applied with real pricing tooling and AI woven through the day-to-day. No emotional pricing decisions.
Small on purpose
The founder knows every home he manages. That's the mechanism behind the results, not a limitation.
“I'm an introvert, but I love talking Short Term Rentals.”
