Owner results
Two homes. Two different problems.
A Saugerties owner wanted better performance. A Windham owner wanted a winter ski home to earn during summer. Here is what Haus reported in each property's 30-day results period.
Case study 1 · Saugerties
Improve the listing that already exists.
The owner's starting point
The owner wanted to reduce expenses and increase rental revenue. The home already had a listing; the question was how to improve its performance.
What Haus changed
We rewrote the listing, re-shot the photos and repriced weekly. Those changes addressed how the home appeared to guests and what it cost to book. They were made together, so the results do not isolate the effect of photography, copy or pricing alone.
The case study also reports that additional revenue completely offset the management fee during the measured period. It does not provide an itemized expense comparison or annual owner profit, so those outcomes cannot be calculated from this summary.
What an owner can take from it
Ask a prospective manager to explain the specific work they would do on your existing listing and how they would measure it. A revenue projection is more useful when it comes with an operating plan.
Case study 2 · Windham
Give a ski home a summer season.
The owner's starting point
The property was a winter ski home. The owner wanted to use it as a summer rental, extending its earning opportunity beyond ski season.
The management brief
The task was to bring the home to the summer rental market. For an owner considering the same move, the useful questions are which dates can be offered, what comparable homes demonstrate summer demand, and what operating costs those stays would add.
The booking amount is not an owner payout or profit figure. The published summary does not break out management fees, property expenses, cancellations or the dates of the booked stays. It should not be multiplied by twelve to estimate annual revenue.
What an owner can take from it
A seasonal home deserves a season-by-season assessment. Evaluate the opportunity alongside your own use of the property and the full cost of operating it.

How to read these results.
Source: the two case studies on printed page 6 of the Haus brochure. The Saugerties work described above was also documented in our homepage case study. These are company-reported examples from individual properties, not audited portfolio averages or guarantees.
The brochure labels each results period as 30 days but does not provide calendar dates or the search conditions used to measure Airbnb rank. Rank is a reported snapshot, not a promise that every guest saw the same placement. Your property's results will depend on its location, condition, availability, costs and demand.
For the hiring decision, review what Haus handles, the complete fee structure and the questions to ask any manager.
