- Poughkeepsie Amtrak, and Metro-North Station: Approximately 45 miles south of Saugerties, about a 1-hour drive. This station serves both Amtrak, and Metro-North lines, providing connections to New York City and other destinations.

- Rhinecliff Amtrak Station: Located roughly 20 miles southeast of Saugerties, approximately a 30-minute drive. This station offers Amtrak services along the Empire Corridor.

Wildlife: This is the Catskills, bears, deer, and other wildlife pass through, and a wildlife reserve sits nearby. Please never leave food, trash, or grills out overnight, and keep food stored inside. Be cautious with open windows and doors as insects can find their way in.

Cell service works at the property, but we recommend connecting to the Wi-Fi and enabling Wi-Fi calling for best reliability.

Nearest groceries: Saugerties village (10 minutes) for everyday essentials and local cafés; Hannaford in Saugerties for a larger run.

EV charging: Due to fire safety concerns, electric vehicle charging is not permitted on the property.
